15.2: Payment Terms and Financial Assistance: Upon successful installation of the solar system, the customer is required to make full payment within the due date stated on the invoice. In the event of financial difficulties, GREENHYBRID may assist in organizing a payment plan through a third-party finance provider, offering low-interest options over 3, 4, or 5 years to ensure affordable repayments.
15.3: Failure to make payment after installation will result in the matter being escalated. GREENHYBRID reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available, and the customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred during the recovery process, including but not limited to legal fees and collection charges.
